Bella Homes arrived in the Derabassi market with a proposition that cut through every competitor claim in the region: ready-to-move-in 2 and 3 BHK homes, available now, at half the price of comparable new construction in the Chandigarh Tricity catchment. No waiting. No promises. Just homes that were built, finished, and ready the day you signed.
HLP — the developer — had built something genuinely valuable in Sector 5, Mubarikpur Road, Derabassi. Lush green common areas with parks and swings. CCTV monitoring for the full complex. 24×7 water supply. Sewerage treatment. Easy loan facility. Street lighting and ample parking. A complete residential community at a price point that made home ownership accessible to the families and young professionals who had been priced out of the markets closer to Chandigarh.
The brief to Antraajaal was total — build everything from the very beginning. The name Bella Homes was already chosen (bella: beautiful in Italian and Spanish, a name that carried aspirational warmth). Now it needed a logo, a brand system, physical collaterals from flyers to the sales office itself, and the digital marketing engine that would fill the pipeline with qualified buyers from Derabassi, Mohali and the Chandigarh periphery.

The italic weight gave the wordmark movement and warmth against the rigid category of real estate logos that surrounded it in the Derabassi market.
The Navy-Gold System: Deep navy communicated the stability and trustworthiness that home buyers needed to feel about the developer — a brand that had clearly thought about what it was doing. Warm gold acted as the aspiration signal — the shimmer of quality and value that reassured buyers they were getting more than they were paying for. Together, they created a palette that was simultaneously premium and approachable.
Multiple Formats: The Bella Homes identity was built in all formats — primary logo on dark, primary logo on white, compact mark for small applications, and the HLP developer co-branding format for official communications. Every format built to the same quality standard, consistent across every physical and digital surface the brand occupied.

Indoor Branding — The Sales Experience: The Bella Homes sales office was branded as a complete environment — the reception fascia with the Bella Homes logo and tagline, the feature wall with the project photography and USP graphics, directional signage within the complex, and the floor-plan display system that gave buyers a clear visual sense of what they were purchasing. A buyer who walked into the Bella Homes sales space walked into the brand.
Periphery Branding — The Site as a Billboard: The Bella Homes site itself was branded across its entire perimeter — site hoardings along the boundary walls, the site entrance gate branding, construction barricade wraps, and the corner display boards at key site access points. A potential buyer driving past the Sector 5 Mubarikpur Road site saw the Bella Homes brand on every exposed surface, building recognition before the first enquiry was made.
Common Area Branding: The completed complex's common areas — entrance gate, parking area, park, lobby spaces and staircase walls — were branded with the Bella Homes visual language.
