It is a four-generation Ayurvedic healthcare family from Delhi that has been curing people with the ancient science of Ayurveda for decades — and has built that accumulated clinical knowledge into a range of proprietary Ayurvedic medicines that address the specific conditions modern Indians are most commonly seeking natural solutions for.
Operating out of the MK Technology Park on the Landran–Banur Highway in Mohali — one of Punjab's significant pharmaceutical and wellness manufacturing corridors — A.B. Health's Welherb range brings the formulation depth of traditional Ayurvedic practice to standardised, clinically-positioned products. ESR Count Capsule for inflammation management. The brief to Antraajaal was focused: take this serious Ayurvedic brand and build the packaging and digital marketing presence that communicated the depth of its four-generation heritage and the clinical efficacy of its formulations — to pharmacy buyers, to online consumers, and to the growing audience of health-conscious Indians actively searching for credible Ayurvedic alternatives to synthetic medicines.
Welherb's competitive advantage was not just what was in the capsule — it was four generations of Ayurvedic knowledge behind the formulation decision. The packaging and digital marketing needed to communicate that depth to a buyer who had 20 similar products on the shelf in front of them.

Four generations of Ayurvedic practice is not a marketing claim — it is a clinical credential. Antraajaal's packaging design for Welherb made this heritage central to the visual identity: the deep forest green that communicated botanical authority, the saffron gold of classical Ayurvedic tradition, the parchment-cream background that evoked the warmth of traditional medicine rather than the cold clinical white of pharmaceutical packaging. A package that looked like it came from knowledge, not from a contract manufacturer.
Each Welherb product addresses a specific condition — ESR elevation, thyroid imbalance, inflammation. The packaging was designed to make that clinical purpose immediately clear to a patient or pharmacist who had 30 seconds to evaluate the product. Condition name prominent, key benefit statement bold, ingredient highlights visible, the Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine credential clearly displayed. A pack that answered the buyer's primary question — "what does this do?" — before they had opened it.
Welherb's products were listed on 1mg, IndiaMART and their own website — channels where the packaging photograph IS the product experience, because there is no physical shelf. Antraajaal designed the packs to photograph with clarity and authority at every display size — from a 1mg product thumbnail to a full product page image. The green-and-saffron palette distinguished Welherb products clearly from competitors in the same category on every platform.
