PP Buildwell has 25 years behind it and 50 lakh square feet of delivered real estate. When they brought Mohali Walk to Sector 62 — a GMADA fully paid, corner-location commercial project on Airport Road, near Fortis Hospital — they were building something Mohali had never seen at this scale: a genuine high-street commercial destination with 12-metre wide boulevards, open-to-sky courtyards, PVR as a confirmed anchor tenant, a multi-cuisine food court, world-class restaurants, fine-dining lounges, retail SCO spaces, office floors, and studio apartments as an investor offering.
The brief to Antraajaal was focused: design the website and brochure that communicated this project's scale, credibility and investment case to three distinct audiences simultaneously — retail investors considering a commercial unit, brands looking for space in Mohali's most prominent new commercial address, and studio apartment buyers seeking a smart investment in a self-sustaining mixed-use development.

A project with PVR as an anchor tenant, 12-metre boulevards, and a GMADA-paid site doesn't need hard selling. It needs a website and brochure that get out of the way of the product — present it clearly, credibly, and compellingly.

Before You Called.
The Mohali Walk website needed to serve three different types of visitors simultaneously — the commercial investor evaluating a retail unit, the brand or business looking for office space, and the studio apartment buyer. Antraajaal structured the site so that each visitor found their relevant information within two clicks of the homepage, without the site feeling cluttered or generic. Clear section labelling, offering-specific pages, and a consistent "Book a Site Visit" CTA that worked for all three audiences.
PP Buildwell's 25-year track record and 50 lakh square feet of delivered commercial projects — Westend Mall Janakpuri, North-Ex Mall Rohini, Vegas Dwarka — was a powerful credibility asset. Antraajaal gave this prominence on the website, building the investor's confidence in the developer before they had considered a single unit price. In commercial real estate, delivery credibility is as important as the project specification.
The GMADA fully paid status — eliminating land title risk — and the pre-leased portfolio with PVR as the confirmed anchor tenant were the investment proposition's most powerful signals. Interactive floor plan pages for each category — studio apartments, office spaces, retail units, SCO plots — with size options, prices and the floor-wise breakdowns that a serious investor needed. Price points prominently displayed: office space from ₹9,800/sq.ft, studio apartments from ₹45 lakhs. Every pricing page concluded with a lead capture form and a WhatsApp button for instant enquiry response.
