Primo Care — The Family Clinic is not your typical specialist practice. It is built around a remarkably powerful brand story: two expert doctors, a husband and wife, each a specialist in their field — cardiology and gynaecology — under one roof, with the shared belief that healthcare is most powerful when it is personal, trusted, and consistent across the whole family.
Dr. Vikram Singh Rana — Interventional Cardiologist, DNB (Cardiology), FESC — and Dr. Jasmine Kang Rana — Consultant Gynaecologist, DNB (Gynae & Obs.) — created Primo Care as the embodiment of a philosophy: that every family deserves a primary healthcare relationship with specialists who know them, not just their case files.
The brand brief Antraajaal received was comprehensive in the truest sense — build a brand identity that could hold both specialist disciplines together under a unified, warm, and trustworthy visual world, then deploy that identity across every physical surface of the clinic, every printed material a patient touches, and every digital channel where families discover and engage with their healthcare providers.
Healthcare branding carries a responsibility no other sector shares: patients make health decisions partly on the basis of how much they trust the environment they are entering. Every design decision at Primo Care — from the font on the prescription pad to the colour of the waiting room signage — was made with that trust at its centre.
Primo — from the Italian for "first" — speaks to the brand's core positioning: Primo Care is the first call a family makes. The first doctor they think of. The first relationship they build. That primacy of place was the foundation of every design and marketing decision.
The campaign visual positions Primo Care's defining advantage — two leading specialists, together, for the whole family. Dr. Vikram and Dr. Jasmine are presented as the human face of the brand. In healthcare marketing, faces build trust faster than any headline.

A clinic's physical brand is the first thing a patient experiences — before a consultation, before a conversation, before a bill. The clinic's exterior identity — fascia board, entrance signage, outdoor panels, parking signage and building identification graphics — all designed in the Primo Care brand system. A patient approaching the clinic for the first time should feel they are arriving somewhere considered and professional. The first visual impression is the first medical impression.
Brand graphics for the reception desk fascia, feature wall behind reception, directional signage, consultation room identifiers, and waiting area environmental graphics. A calm, teal-and-white palette throughout — proven in healthcare design to reduce patient anxiety and communicate clinical credibility simultaneously.
Each consultation room — cardiology and gynaecology — given its individual identity within the unified Primo Care brand: room identification panels, departmental colour accents, doctor name plates, certificates display system, and the framed brand statement "Your health is our priority" positioned where every patient sees it during their consultation.
Complete internal wayfinding — directional signs for reception, cardiology, gynaecology, pharmacy, waiting areas and emergency exit routes — designed with the clear, calm visual language of the brand. In a clinic, clear wayfinding is not a design nicety; it directly affects how confident and cared-for patients feel from the moment they enter.

Every piece of paper a patient receives from Primo Care — prescription, appointment card, lab referral, discharge summary, health report — is a brand touchpoint. Antraajaal designed every one of them to carry the same quality signal as the clinic itself.
Prescription pads for both Dr. Vikram and Dr. Jasmine — individual designs with their specialist credentials, consultation timings, clinic address and the Primo Care brand mark. Designed with the clinical clarity that makes prescription writing efficient and the brand quality that makes a patient keep their copy. Letter-size and half-page formats, printed on premium 80gsm bond.
Branded patient file folders for new registrations — front cover with Primo Care identity, internal sections for medical history, test reports, prescription history and follow-up notes. The file a patient carries through their healthcare journey carries the brand consistently and builds familiarity with Primo Care at every point of use.
Appointment cards with QR code linking to the online booking system, doctor's consultation schedule, and the clinic contact details. Designed to be retained — a small piece of premium card that keeps the Primo Care brand visible in a patient's wallet or on their refrigerator door until the appointment date.
Branded laboratory referral forms for both cardiology (ECG reports, echo request forms, lipid profile referrals) and gynaecology (scan referrals, blood test forms, obstetric report formats) — designed with the clinical information structure each specialty required, in the Primo Care brand language.
Letterheads, visiting cards for both doctors and reception, envelopes, compliment slips, staff ID cards, and the branded notebook that sits in every consultation room. Every piece consistent — so that whether a patient receives a discharge letter or a business card, they see the same Primo Care quality signal.

Every post designed in the teal-and-white brand palette, consistently recognisable as a brand before the handle is read.
Facebook and Instagram campaigns targeting Chandigarh-area audiences by demographic — cardiac risk age groups for cardiology awareness content, women 25–45 for gynaecology services, and family-oriented households for the Primo Care general positioning. Campaign creative used the doctor photography prominently — familiar faces convert better than clinic photography in healthcare advertising. Retargeting campaigns for website visitors with appointment booking CTAs.
