About the Client

The Smile Designers is a luxury multispeciality dental clinic led by Dr. Shobit Sethi and Dr. Apoorva Rana Sethi -- offering Invisalign, smile design, dental implants, veneers, and full-mouth rehabilitation in a spa-inspired setting. The clinic was built from the ground up with Antraajaal: the name, the identity, the launch, and the entire digital growth engine are all Antraajaal's work.

What began as a single clinic in Sector 9, Chandigarh has grown into a recognised two-clinic luxury dental brand -- with a second clinic in Mohali -- known for attracting high-value patients locally, nationally, and internationally. The brand is now synonymous with premium cosmetic dentistry in the region.

The Challenge

There was no brand. No name. No identity. Two exceptional dentists with world-class clinical skills needed everything built -- from what to call the clinic to how to make it a category-defining luxury brand in a market where most dental clinics compete purely on location and price.

No name, no identity

The brand did not exist. Antraajaal had to create it from zero -- naming, positioning, visual identity, and brand language all had to be defined before anything else.

No digital presence

No website, no Instagram, no social footprint. The entire digital presence had to be built, structured, and grown from scratch.

Commodity market perception

Dental care in the region is perceived as a commodity service. Positioning a premium, luxury dental brand in this environment required deliberate, sustained narrative building.

High-value treatment acquisition

Treatments like Invisalign, smile design, and veneers require patient education, trust, and aspiration. Standard advertising doesn't convert -- content-driven funnels do.

Second clinic launch complexity

Scaling brand equity from one clinic to another -- across a new city -- without diluting the premium positioning required a careful, phased expansion strategy.

The Smile Designers was conceived as a luxury lifestyle brand that happens to be a dental clinic -- not a dental clinic that tries to look premium. Every visual decision was made to evoke the confidence, aspiration, and refinement that patients seek when they invest in their smile.
