Across the Country.

The EBS Foundation was established in response to a clear and urgent clinical reality: the exponential rise in endocrinal disorders and breast cancers across India required a dedicated, specialised platform for advancing surgical knowledge, training and patient care standards at every level of the healthcare system.

The Foundation's mandate was comprehensive — to enhance knowledge and expertise in endocrine and breast surgery through advanced research, improved patient care, and community awareness. But the vision went beyond research: EBS Foundation was built to be an active, ongoing platform for surgical education — conducting national and international workshops, conferences, webinars and training sessions for surgeons, practitioners, trainees and other healthcare professionals on a regular basis.

Thyroid surgery, parathyroid surgery, adrenal surgery, breast cancer surgery, breast reconstruction — the specialities that the EBS Foundation served were among the fastest-growing in Indian surgical practice, and among the most underserved in terms of structured, accessible continuing medical education. The Foundation aimed to change that.

Antraajaal's brief was the same as with CTMCS 2026 — build the event platform and run the digital marketing campaigns that would fill the Foundation's events with the surgeons, trainees and healthcare professionals they were designed to serve.

EBS Foundation's events were high-value to surgeons at every career stage — from residents building their foundational skills in thyroid and breast surgery, to consultants seeking to update their practice with the latest techniques and evidence. The digital marketing needed to reach both audiences with the right message.

Foundation Identity & Credibility Platform

The EBS Foundation website served two simultaneous purposes — communicating the Foundation's mission and credibility to the surgical community, and functioning as the event platform through which individual workshops, conferences and CMEs were promoted, registered for, and attended. Antraajaal designed the site to communicate surgical authority and academic seriousness immediately — the kind of website that a senior surgeon reviewing it would feel confident sharing with their residents and recommending to colleagues.

Event Listings & Registration System

Each EBS Foundation event — workshops, hands-on training programmes, national conferences, webinars — had its own event page within the Foundation website: dates, venue, faculty, programme outline, and the registration pathway that converted an interested surgeon into a confirmed delegate. The system was designed to handle both paid and complimentary registrations, abstract submissions, and the delegate communication that made event attendance frictionless for busy surgical professionals.

Research, Faculty & Academic Presence

Beyond event management, the EBS Foundation website built the Foundation's intellectual authority — showcasing the faculty and academic leaders behind the Foundation's events, the research activities and publications associated with the Foundation's work, and the patient care and community awareness initiatives that formed the broader mission. A website that communicated a serious scientific organisation, not just an event-management body.

Membership & Community Building

The EBS Foundation website included the framework for building the Foundation's surgical community — membership sign-up for surgeons who wanted to stay connected to the Foundation's programme of events and research, a newsletter subscription capturing the surgical professionals who visited the site but weren't immediately registering for an event, and the contact infrastructure for academic institutions, hospitals and pharmaceutical partners who wanted to collaborate with the Foundation.
