No refund shall be made on the booking amount once paid. Booking amount only paid after the customer satisfaction and agreed on the scope of work
If you choose to terminate our services no advance or refund shall be made.
If you signed up for our services, but did not make use of them then you are still entitled to pay us.
Seo Refund Policy
Antraajaal will not be liable for refund or guarantee of top search ranking under the following circumstances. In case of effect on seo ranking due to changes in ranking algorithm, policies or functionality of search engines. Link building, a part of seo, is carried out based on the information you provide us. In case the urls given by you are incorrect, we will not be responsible for any subsequent errors and there will be not be any refunds or money back guarantee.
Antraajaal will not be responsible for seo results if the client engages with any other third party seo services. Number of times and rank of a website appearing on the search list varies and thus an immediate change in the search ranking cannot be guaranteed.
Any adverse effect on ranking due to changes in website content by the client or third party service provider hired by them.
We make no guarantee that our seo services will show the client’s website in top ten search rank. However, understand that we work in your best interest and put in our best effort to provide genuinely profitable results. Our aim is to make your life simpler and your business more lucrative.
Antraajaal shall not guarantee google rankings in seo. However the work done will be accordingly to the latest parameters and the client can have the access of the work done
Logo Design / Brochure Design
Once the designing or printing order is received under no circumstance the refund will be initiated . Antraajaal will not be responsible for any subsequent errors and there will be not be any refunds or money back guarantee.
No refunds: no refund is eligible for projects started / projects initiated / projects delivered partially or complete.
Limitation of Liability
Antraajaal liability is bound by the value of any project (as per our proposal) which remains incomplete at a given point of time. Antraajaal is not obligated for losses due to the services provided/ not provided or the delay in the same at any point of time.
Cancellation of Ads
An order to place an ad campaign through the antraajaal in case an order for an ad campaign is cancelled, the amount already spent by antraajaal on executing the advertising campaign as per the plan purchased by the user, will be deducted
Modification
Antraajaal reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
Revisions and Alterations
New work requested by the customer and performed by the company after a proposal/estimate has been approved is considered a revision or alteration. If the job changes to an extent that substantially alters the specifications described in the original estimate, the company will submit a revised proposal/estimate to the customer, and a revised additional fee must be agreed to by both parties before further work proceeds.
Errors and Omissions
It is the customer’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, including but not limited to prices, spelling, dimensions and distances. The company is not liable for errors or omissions. The customer’s signature or that of his authorized representative is required on the return of all proofs or artwork or written confirmation via e-mail or fax prior to release for printing or other implementation.
Placement of Advertising
At your request, we will purchase media space on the customer’s behalf which will be billed to the customer at current rates plus the standard agency commission. The company cannot be held liable for advertising which does not appear on a particular time/date or issue or in a particular position or break
